Your privacy is extremely important to us. Munetios is built with a
privacy-first design and does not collect, sell, or share personal
information for tracking, advertising, or profiling purposes.
Munetios does not use tracking cookies, analytics services, advertising
technologies, fingerprinting, or cross-site identifiers of any kind. We
do not track users across websites or services.
Cookies & Local Storage
Munetios uses essential first-party cookies and local
storage only to provide core functionality, such as:
Remembering user settings (theme, language, accessibility options)
Remembering saved order or layout
Maintaining secure sessions and basic security protections
These cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function and are
not used for tracking, analytics, advertising, or profiling. Because
only essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required
under applicable privacy laws.
Most preference data is stored locally using technologies such as
localStorage and IndexedDB. This data remains
on your device and is not transmitted to Munetios servers.
Local-Only Products
Most current Munetios products operate entirely on your device and do
not store personal data on Munetios servers. These include:
Munetios Calendar
Munetios Tasks
Munetios Office (Early Preview)
Munetios Weather
Munetios Photos
Munetios Search (European Union)
For these products, Munetios does not have access to your data. Because
no personal data is processed or stored server-side, Munetios is not
acting as a data controller for this information.
Server Processing & Logs
Munetios does not generate analytics profiles or behavioral logs. Any
technical processing performed is limited to what is strictly necessary
to deliver the requested service securely and reliably.
Planned & Unreleased Services
Munetios Accounts, Munetios Mail, Munetios Drive, and other planned or
unreleased services are not currently active and do not collect or
process any data at this time. When these services officially launch,
they will include their own dedicated privacy policies.
GDPR (European Union)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), Munetios
complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Local-Only Products: For products that store data only
on your device, no personal data is processed on Munetios servers. As a
result, GDPR rights such as data deletion, correction, or portability
are satisfied by default and are not applicable at the service level.
Planned Account-Based Services: Munetios Accounts and
other account-based services are planned but not yet active. When these
services launch and involve server-side processing of personal data,
Munetios will provide appropriate tools to exercise GDPR rights,
including access, correction, deletion, and data export.
Munetios relies on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (service necessity) and Article
6(1)(f) (legitimate interest for security and functionality) where
applicable. Munetios does not use consent-based tracking technologies.
COPPA
Munetios complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
(COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
under the age of 13. If we ever discover that a child under 13 has
submitted personal information, it will be deleted immediately.

If you choose to contact us directly (such as by email or a support
form), any information you voluntarily provide is used only to respond
to your message and is not sold, shared, or retained longer than
necessary.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using Munetios, you agree to comply with these Terms of
Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to use Munetios for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized
purpose.
You may not modify, alter, inject, reverse engineer, or interfere with
the user interface, styles, scripts, or functionality of any Munetios
product in a way that affects other users or the distributed version of
the software.
Limited local customization for personal use on a single browser or
device is permitted, provided it does not inject advertisements, collect
data, bypass safeguards, or alter application behavior beyond your own
local environment.
Use Munetios responsibly and in compliance with the law.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Munetios service.
Do not misuse, disrupt, or abuse Munetios services.
These terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of Munetios after changes are published constitutes
acceptance of the updated terms.
Service-Specific Terms
Munetios Search
These terms apply to Munetios Classic Search. Munetios
New Search operates under separate rules.
You may request the addition of search results or advertisements.
However, submissions containing malicious, deceptive, or scam-related
content may be removed without notice. A reporting feature is available
for users to flag inappropriate results.
Munetios Calculator
Munetios Calculator is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties
of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all
calculations or AI-generated responses are error-free.
All calculation history and settings are stored locally on your device
and are not collected or transmitted by Munetios.
Munetios Docs / Office Suite
Munetios Docs, now part of the Munetios Office Suite, operates locally
on your device. Munetios does not collect or store document content. You
agree not to use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Munetios Calendar
Munetios Calendar is designed with privacy as a core principle. All
events and calendar data remain on your device and are never transmitted
to Munetios servers or third parties.
Munetios Tasks
Munetios Tasks stores all task information locally on your device.
Munetios does not collect, process, or share task data with third
parties.
Munetios Notes
Munetios Notes stores all notes locally on your device. Munetios does
not access, collect, or transmit note content.
Munetios Weather
Munetios Weather processes weather information locally on your device.
Munetios does not collect, store, or share personal data through this
service.
